Why I built ChildLogs

This started at home, not in a boardroom.

I built ChildLogs after watching my wife Laura deal with the constant pressure of keeping childcare records up to date while still giving children the time and attention they deserve.

I could see how much of the stress came from trying to stay organised, stay compliant, keep parents informed, and still somehow not spend evenings catching up on notes and paperwork.

So this app was built to take that weight off. Not by adding more noise, but by giving childminders and nurseries one simple, trustworthy place to keep the whole day together.
